What we collect
- Quote requests: the job you need, your postcode, name, phone number, email address and any details you add.
- Emails you send us: your email address and what you write.
- Technical data: our host keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To pass your quote request to engineers who cover your postcode, at your request (consent, which you give with the tick box on the form).
- To reply to your messages (legitimate interests).
- To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
- Engineers and installers who cover your area and can do the job you asked about, so they can contact you with a quote.
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site.
- Google, when a page shows an embedded Google map: Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when the map loads.
We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK law allows, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and emails for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless we need them longer to deal with a complaint or a legal claim.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies. Embedded Google maps may set Google cookies when they load.

If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We’ll update this page if anything changes and show the date at the top.
